Training Groups: Come be a part of the Napa Running and Walking Community by joining us for our group runs and walks. We leave from the store twice a week, the distance is 3 to 7 miles and there are runners and walkers at all levels of speed and experience. Its very informal, just show up with your running shoes on. Contact the store for more infornation.

Every Thursday @ 6:00 PM at the store
Every Saturday @ 8:30 AM at the store

Tuesday is Track day @ 6:00PM Redwood Middle School  (summertime only)
